We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How To Start A Return

Email us at brightbargainsllc@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Want a different item instead? Start a return as above and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you want.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain health & beauty items cannot be returned once opened. These are noted on the product page.
